WMC Section
The mandate of the Water Management and Consolidation section covers several core activities: Consolidation projects, Water treatment of cooling circuits, service contracts and Work supervision.
The section is responsible for water treatment of all cooling circuits including maintenance and operation of water treatment plants, water analysis and specification of new water treatment system.
The section is in charge of the main service contracts of the groups. Those frame contracts supply industrial support for the maintenance and operation of all cooling and ventilation installations, for maintenance and operation of water treatment plants, for the provision of drinking and fire hydrant water for all CERN sites and for piping installation.
The section manages various consolidation projects such as the technical galleries consolidation project and for cooling and ventilation plant refurbishment.
